In-home services
Select private studio sessions (by appointment)
Transportation services
Overnight care
Wellness services (aromatherapy, sound therapy, relaxation sessions)
Exotic & small animal care
Limited small farm animal visits in private residential settings
Services are provided based on availability and suitability.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Studio location details are provided after confirmed booking.
Clients must provide accurate pet and contact information.
We reserve the right to decline services if a pet poses a safety risk.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Online payments must be completed through approved payment methods.
Late or declined payments may result in cancellation of future bookings.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Stress-related reactions
Minor grooming-related sensitivities
Unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control
Clients agree to release Crown Paw & You from liability except in cases of proven negligence.
8. Photography & Media
We may photograph pets for promotional or educational purposes unless the client submits a written request declining media use.
9. Service Area
We provide in-home services within Frederick County, MD and surrounding areas. Travel limitations may apply.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
